The Heidelberg
Quickmaster 46 DI Press

The Quality of Digital Offset Printing Combined with the Speed of the Digital Workflow...

It allows digital data to be conveyed directly to the press, and in so doing paves the way for a whole
new level of productivity and, above all, efficiency. Plate imaging is performed directly in the press.
This eliminates the need for an external printing plate production system (a particularly cost-intensive
stage in the production process). The Quickmaster 46 DI therefore makes it viable to process jobs that
would previously have been regarded as too expensive. In the Quickmaster 46 DI from Heidelberg, all
the workflow components come together harmoniously to form an integrated whole.

During the imaging process, all four print forms are imaged synchronously in the press with complete register accuracy. This process is fully automatic and requires no manual intervention. The four imaging units, each with 16 laser diodes, image the printing plates simultaneously. When this process is complete, the printing plates are prepared for printing using the automatic plate washup device.

We offer full in-house design of full color brochures, pamphlets, sales sheets, catalogs, rack cards, etc. 4/1, 4/4, full bleeds and specialty backgrounds are no problem.

Expertly printed on our high-end process color offset press, our four color jobs rival any competitor. Come in and let us help you design the perfect process color job on one of our Windows or PowerMac platform machines. You can actually sit down with us and tweak your printing project on screen to get the very finest in full color printing.
